WAMP Forbidden Access You don't have permission to access

Here my WAMP installation is in the c:\wamp folder. Change it according to your installation.
open httpd.conf file 
by default  "Allow from 127.0.0.1" it look like that 
we just configure access to specific ips if just set "Allow from ALL" its allow to every one.
